Introduction on the role:
As the Senior FP&A Analyst (Wholesale), you will be a key contributor supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis. This is a high visibility position supporting the HEYDUDE brand’s fast growing Wholesale Channel.
What will you do?
The main responsibilities of this individual will be to provide the organization with analysis that supports business decisions, process improvements, data mining and other reporting.
- Manage the delivery of key reporting including owning daily sales/KPI reporting and analysis.
- Provide business insight in the monthly close process including variance analysis and working with accounting to ensure accuracy.
- Support the delivery of monthly presentations that highlight financial results and key drivers.
- Support all aspects of FP&A activity including long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions.
- Participate in cross functional projects and be a valued business partner by providing data led insights that influence and lead to better decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with a natural urgency to drive results.
- Develop and manage master data sets and financial models key to delivering efficient analysis.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
- Expert in building models for analysis
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
