Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC to join us on the quest to recruit and retain excellent employees for Crocs and HEYDUDE!

What will you do?
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for assigned open positions
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs by skills-based building pipelines
- Lead and develop the growth of 3 teammates who will report to you
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, offers, etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Ensure talent pipelines are balanced with candidates that bring diversity of thought, experience, and cultural background
- Flex your critical thinking skills to solve sophisticated, often nuanced, issues
- Partner with your TA and HR colleagues to improve processes, anticipate shifts in priorities, and support partners
- Connect with external recruiting partners, contractors, freelancers, etc. when needed
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Who are you?
- Minimum 7 years of experience recruiting and sourcing for professional roles, with proven success in delighting your partners across full-cycle recruiting
- At least 4 years working in the Retail, Footwear, or Fashion & Apparel industry in a TA capacity
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Experience with Marketing, Digital, Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain and corporate functions roles is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin
- Confirmed history of supporting diverse, equitable and inclusive hiring practices
- Demonstrated track record of hiring various professional levels: from interns to Director level - we do it all in our team
- Ability to support 15 - 20 roles at a time, and this will flux over time (yes, this is a people manager and operational role combined)
- Experience in full cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and job boards
- Experience with SuccessFactors (ATS) is highly preferred
