Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM)

Introduction on the role:
As the Manager, GTM you will be instrumental in spearheading our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Strategic Accounts across the EMEA region. In this role you will take charge of translating global Crocs brand stories and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at key European digital wholesale customers. Success looks like a delivering a plan that can be presented to customers that maximizes sell-in revenue, and during the activation increases market share and drives sell-through. Your role will involve leveraging profound market insights and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize channel performance, enhance market penetration, and ultimately drive sustainable business growth. Additionally, directly influence the cross-functional teams to ensure they are executing our GTM strategies ahead of each season and in-season during pre-defined commercial moments.
What will you do?
Digital GTM Calendar: E-tail & Marketplaces GTM (coordinate and oversee the digital calendar for GTM strategies focused on e-tailers and marketplaces) & Brand Engagement Manager
- Ensure timely execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) season, aligning launches with market demands and consumer trends.
- Facilitate the rapid deployment of product stories to capitalize on speed-to-market advantages, maximizing visibility and sales.
- Manage the communication and promotion of license and collaboration stories, leveraging partnerships to enhance brand recognition and consumer appeal.
- Identify and capitalize on local consumer moments, tailoring campaigns to specific regions or demographics for increased engagement and conversion.
- Integrate brand global moments into the digital calendar, aligning with overarching brand strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with partners to leverage commercial sales events, crafting compelling promotion stories to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Drive initiatives for across key markets, focusing on localization of global storytelling and consumer moments, and adapt calendars per accounts and marketplaces accordingly.
Drive GTM stories and Page Experience (showcase the brand, products, and campaigns in the best possible way)
- Lead the development of new brand stories projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market positioning.
- Collaborate with Crocs Global team, utilize Workfront for global marketing projects, ensuring seamless coordination, and oversee briefing process for assets (images, copy, translations).
- Effectively brief local agencies on project objectives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Drive license and collaboration strategy, activation, and content processes, fostering partnerships to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage operations for Shop UI, overseeing the development of landing pages, shop templates, collections, brand stories, catalog banners, and monthly product updates, ensuring alignment with stock availability to optimize user experience and maintain brand consistency.
- Communicate seasonal shop refreshes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Conduct key performance indicators breakdown analysis, providing insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
Commercial Events (develop and implement a strategic action plan for commercial events and consumer engagements, including pricing strategies and guidance)
- Lead the development and implementation of action plans for commercial events and consumer moments, ensuring alignment with marketing campaign strategies, identifying pertinent assortments for promotion with merchandising support, and summarizing outcomes in detailed recap decks.
- Conduct thorough retrospective process that measures cross-team success and communicates results toward an executive level audience.
Who are you?
- University degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 Years Experience Working in Sales or eCommerce
- Project Management ownership
- Strong knowledge of B2B selling, ideally in the footwear industry and European market
- Executive level communications expert who can clearly articulate qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Exceptional eye for detail in calendar planning and identifying action points.

- Dynamic and adaptable: can quickly and effectively assimilate and drive change
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional European language(s) nice-to-have

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and communicate complex strategies clearly.
- Leadership qualities, navigating dynamic market landscapes, and driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Travel will be required twice a year.
