Introduction on the role:
This is a 12-month maternity cover, whereas Sr Manager, CRM & Loyalty, you will drive innovation within our CRM strategy, leading a talented team and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that Crocs’ customer retention and loyalty initiatives deliver tangible business results. You’ll have ownership of key strategic decisions and will lead the continuous improvement of our CRM and loyalty efforts across EMEA.
The Sr Manager, CRM & Loyalty reports to the Digital Marketing Director. You’ll also be collaborating closely with the wider ROW Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing and eCommerce teams. Your leadership will be key to shaping the future of Crocs’ CRM and loyalty strategy in EMEA.
What will you do?
- Leading the CRM Digital Marketing team to drive maximum revenue through owned marketing channels (Email, SMS, Box Inserts, Direct Mail, Push Notifications).
- Implementing customer retention strategies and a loyalty program to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Overseeing the execution of the 2025 CRM roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement in EMEA. Working with several regional and global teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
- Commercial planning and reporting. Ensure that the team are planning ahead of key milestones and commercial moments such as month, quarter and sale promotions.
- Ensure the continuous development of two direct reports. Reinforce the team’s vision, implement and maintain processes and coach your team through challenges.
- Being the single point of contact for Crocs’ centralised global team. Ensuring the team’s needs and progress on strategic projects are communicated regularly.
- Vendor and agency management. Ensure that external vendors understand Crocs’ short and long-term objectives, continue to work towards them, and to budget.
Who are you?
- Higher Education in Marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience managing a team in CRM campaign execution & Customer Loyalty strategy.
- 3-5 years Experience in a similar role or roles, either in-house or agency
- Strong technical proficiency, able to both instruct and complete technical work to a high standard
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience with Industry tools such as SFCM & Adobe Analytics
- Strong written communication skills
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
