We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate RN Baylor for a full-time position located in the South Shore area.
What will you be doing:
The RN Baylor will develop, implement, and evaluate outcome-oriented patient care plans requiring specialized nursing skills. In this role, you will obtain family and or patient involvement in the development of such plan whenever possible; complete all necessary documentation, according to the Agency policies and procedures. You will also conduct initial evaluation visits and regularly reevaluate the nursing needs of the clients; initiate, develop, implement, and make necessary changes to the client's plan of care. The RN Baylor must assess the client's continual care needs and inform the physician and any other appropriate health professionals, as often as needed, of any changes in the client's conditions. This is a weekend role, work two 12-hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday, and get paid for 32!
What we’re looking for in you:
- 2 plus years of experience in the acute care setting preferred
- Previous community health experience
- Current Massachusetts License in good standing
- Registered Nurse, bachelor's degree
- Current CPR Certification, highly recommended
- Flexibility to travel South Shore
- Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays or Saturdays and Sundays
