As a Clinical Team Assistant for our Home Health Aide team, you will assist HHA Managers and support the clinical staff to improve communication and ensure quality patient care. You will act as the key link between clinicians and clinical managers. The schedule for this position is 40hrs per week, 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri.
What will you be doing:
- Assures scheduling is done on a timely basis (daytime, evening, weekends and holidays).
- Ensures appropriate assignment of new admissions and resumptions of care in consultation with managers.
- Adjusts schedule to meet expected productivity.
- Projects daily staffing needs.
- Coordinates staff’s daily workload, assuring continuity of care.
- Serves as a scheduling resource to team members, Intake Department, Phlebotomy Department and patients.
- Provides clerical support to clinical managers and clinical staff (i.e., meeting minutes, letters, flyers, faxing, etc.).
- Assures service satisfaction through appropriate communication with staff, patients and Intake Department.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30
Compensation: 23-28/hr. based on experience
What we're looking for in you:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree or prior administrative or CTA experience
- Minimum of two years of office (clerical) related experienced required, in a health care setting strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as multi-disciplinary scheduler preferred
