As a Part time Receptionist for our Intake Team, you will assist Intake Nurses' through answer calls and fielding calls to improve communication and ensure quality patient care. The schedule for this position is 25 hrs. per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am-2:00pm.
Compensation: 22/hr. - 27/hr. based on experience
What will you be doing:
- Adjusts schedule to meet expected productivity.
- Coordinates staff’s daily workload, assuring continuity of care.
- Serves as a scheduling resource to team members, Intake Department, Phlebotomy Department and patients.
- Provides clerical support to clinical managers and clinical staff (i.e., meeting minutes, letters, flyers, faxing, etc.).
- Assures service satisfaction through appropriate communication with staff, patients and home health department.
What we're looking for in you:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years of office (clerical) related experienced required, in a health care setting strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or admin
