What will you be doing:
We are looking for experienced, talented, and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time positions serving patients in the following areas:
- Braintree / Holbrook
- Milton / Quincy
- Hanover / Norwell
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. You will play a key role in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and communicating effectively with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication and clinical skills are essential for successful care coordination between the PT, PTA, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Pay Rate: $38 - $42 per hour, commensurate with experience
What we’re looking for in you:
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant License in good standing.
- 2+ years of PTA experience required.
- Prior homecare experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work full-time, either 32 or 40 hours per week
