At CrossnoKaye, we’re building technology that transforms how heavy industrial systems operate, bringing intelligence, visibility, and efficiency to environments that have historically been underserved by modern software. Our teams work across Software and real-world systems to solve complex, high-impact challenges.

Our Software organization spans Software Engineering (Platform, Applications, UX, and Agent development) along with teams focused on Engineering Foundation (Reliability Enablement, Technical Strategy, and Production Excellence). Our tech stack includes Go (Golang), Python, React, and AWS, along with Postgres and time-series databases for real-time data. We use Kubernetes, Docker, and Honeycomb to build and operate distributed systems that connect software directly to industrial hardware in the field.

Together, these teams build and scale the systems that power our products - from core infrastructure to customer-facing applications used in real-world environments. If you’re excited about building in a highly technical space, working across software and systems, and tackling complex problems with real-world impact, we’d love to stay in touch.
