Treatment Coordinator

You are the reassuring voice patients trust when it’s time to move forward with care. As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through treatment plans, financial conversations, and next steps with confidence, empathy, and follow-through. This role blends hospitality, sales, and patient advocacy to create an exceptional experience while supporting strong case acceptance.

What You’ll Do

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently

• Guide patients through pricing, value, and payment options

• Handle objections with empathy and professionalism

• Follow up consistently on pending treatment decisions

• Schedule care and reduce delays, cancellations, and no-shows

• Deliver a warm, high-touch, hospitality-driven patient experience

• Collaborate closely with clinicians and front office teams

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Dental Adminitrative Role (Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator) is an asset

• Proven ability to convert, close, or influence decisions

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable with computers, scheduling, and CRM systems

• Professional, polished demeanor

• Multilingual skills are an asset (not required)

How Success Is Measured

• Treatment plan conversion rates

• Reduced unscheduled or delayed treatment

• Lower no-show and cancellation rates

• Positive patient experience feedback

This is a newly created position, offering a pay range of $24–$27 per hour.
