Support sales efforts by completing RFPs and security questionnaires, and by developing technical resources that strengthen competitive positioning.
-
Train Sales and Customer Success teams on how to effectively demo Crunchbase, align product capabilities to client workflows, and maximize product value.
-
Identify and address technical objections and blockers, working cross-functionally to ensure successful deal closures.
-
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale implementation, including solution design, onboarding, and customer training.
-
Partner with customers to tailor Crunchbase solutions to their unique needs and workflows, collaborating with Product and Engineering to inform future enhancements.
-
Collaborate with client leadership teams to demonstrate optimal workflows and use cases for Enterprise Solutions.
-
Synthesize customer feedback to identify trends and inform product and go-to-market strategies.
-
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team and company goals.

- Experience with Postman or similar tools for making API calls, including ability to interpret and analyze the responses.
- Able to understand high-level system architecture and consider built-in trade-offs when building demos and solutions.
- Can develop relationships with all levels across the organization. You will be as comfortable talking or making a presentation to C-Suite executives as you would with developers or product managers.
