Rev Ops at Crunchbase
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for setting the long-term strategy for operational excellence, aligning RevOps initiatives to company growth goals, and establishing the infrastructure needed to scale efficiently. You will also be accountable for designing and implementing scalable sales and GTM processes backed by data-driven insights. You will need to be skilled at uncovering hidden insights and translating those into actionable strategies. This role will encompass end-to-end process ownership, from sales funnel tracking to optimization of operational metrics.
This role will also explore and implement AI-powered tools and processes to improve decision-making, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will act as a champion for AI adoption across the revenue organization and identify responsible and strategic uses of AI in tooling, automation, and analysis.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership and Planning:
- Set the long-term operational direction for Revenue Operations, aligning with company strategy and growth plans.
- Translate business objectives into scalable programs and operational frameworks that support evolving GTM motions.
Drive strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize operational alignment and impact.
Sales Efficiency and Optimization:
- Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecasts, or performance metrics to improve sales efficiency by simplifying processes, evaluating new tools, allocating resources, and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Continuously assess and refine revenue processes and policies including workflow collaboration between departments that implement transparency for deal desk operations and pricing to optimize deal outcomes.
- Partner with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification processes by analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. Identify process improvement opportunities on lead routing, take action on implementing solutions and monitor for continued adherence.
Forecasting and Analytics:
- Develop accurate forecasts planning for revenue, capacity and budget in partnership with Finance and GTM Leaders based on data-driven metrics and track key performance indicators.
- Create dashboards to showcase insights and transparency at all levels for revenue teams and leadership.
- Extract actionable insights from sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
AI & Technology Management:
- Own the Tech Stack while proactively identifying and evaluating technology solutions to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and facilitate collaboration cross-functionally.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered tools that enhance forecasting, pipeline health analysis, lead scoring, and sales enablement.
- Use generative AI and machine learning tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting, and uncover new insights from data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight: Directly supervise a team to oversee their day-to-day activities and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional development and high-quality work.
- Hiring and Training: Play an active role in hiring new team members as needed. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving any interpersonal or professional conflicts within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including managing work schedules, balancing workloads, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and information to perform their roles efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven track record of setting operational strategy and scaling revenue operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level experience of sales and marketing technology stack including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, sales engagement, BI platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple channels for buy-in and solutions.
- Robust understanding of analytics and proven ability to problem solve with a data driven mindset
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data systems.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment, excels in creative problem-solving, and demonstrates hands-on work ethic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools
- 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or related field, preferably at a SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Salary Range
$126,081 - $148,330 USD
