クランチロールは、米国のソニー・ピクチャーズ エンタテインメントと、日本の株式会社ソニー・ミュージックエンタテインメントの子会社であるアニプレックス（両社とも東京に本社を置くソニーグループ株式会社傘下）の合弁会社です。

主な担当業務

• 日本の製作委員会メンバーとの、製作委員会契約、楽曲共同出版・原盤契約、商品化ライセンス契約などを含む、複雑な開発・制作案件の交渉およびタームシートの作成を担当します。
• 日本語および英語の両言語において、契約交渉および契約書の起案を行います。
• 新規獲得または国内外で制作するコンテンツについて、その財務条件、契約上のリスク、および義務（支払い・権利制限等）を、コンテンツ、法務、財務、マーケティング、ライセンシング、編成などの社内関連部門に共有・周知します。
• 案件ごとの契約条件を管理し、社内のトラッキングシステム上で交渉ステータスの更新を行います。
• 変化し続けるビジネス環境において、エンターテインメント業界における幅広い知識に基づき、ビジネス全般に関するアドバイスやサポートを提供します。

応募資格:

• 日本のエンターテインメント業界における、ライセンシング、製作・制作、ビジネス・アフェアーズあるいは法務の実務経験10年以上
• 8年以上のチーム・マネジメント経験
• 共同製作契約およびライセンス契約の作成や交渉、および契約内容の解釈・運用に関する実務経験
• 日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル（読み・書き・会話）
• 英語：学習意欲があり、読み・書き・会話のスキル向上に意欲的であること（実務での使用に前向きな方）
• アニメ、日本文化、およびエンターテイメント業界に対する深い情熱

ビジネス・アフェアーズ・チームは、クランチロールのグローバルな成長を支えるコンテンツ取得を推進する、コンテンツ・グループの一翼を担っており、すべての契約条件における社内の情報窓口としての役割を担っています。共同製作、アクイジション、法務、ディール・マネジメント、編成、財務契約報告など、世界各地の多様なチームと密接に連携し、円滑なビジネスの運用を支えています。
