About the role

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Initiatives to help drive the Executive Office's highest-priority work and make sure Crunchyroll's biggest leadership moments are thoughtful, focused, and well executed.

Reporting to the VP, Executive Office across strategic projects, executive decision-making, and company-wide leadership programs. You'll help teams sharpen the thinking and recommendations they bring to the President, turn complex topics into clear executive narratives, and take on ambiguous work that needs structure and a path forward. You'll also roll up your sleeves to plan and execute key leadership events and forums, from SMT offsites and VP+ Summits to our company-wide Hackathon.

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Review strategies and recommendations before they reach the President, pressure-testing the thinking, identifying gaps, and helping teams get to a clear point of view
  • Take on strategic projects and ambiguous business problems, bringing structure, analysis, and recommendations
  • Build executive presentations, briefings, and decision materials that turn complex topics into clear narratives
  • Help ensure the President's most important meetings are focused on the right questions, decisions, and outcomes
  • Own the hands-on planning and execution of SMT offsites, VP+ Summits and meetings, the company-wide Hackathon, employee roundtables, and other leadership events
  • Turn Executive Office priorities into thoughtful agendas and programming that make the best use of leadership time
  • Keep key decisions and commitments moving after executive discussions

We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Dallas office.

About You

We get excited about candidates like you because:

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, Chief of Staff, business transformation, or similar roles that require strong problem-solving and business judgment
  • Experience working closely with senior executives on complex business questions, recommendations, and decisions
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly make sense of an ambiguous problem and develop a clear point of view
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with experience creating presentations, briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands-on execution, including planning high-visibility leadership meetings, offsites, or events
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive work across teams without direct authority
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and good judgment in a fast-moving executive environment
  • Experience working across global teams or corporate partners is a plus
  • Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how they are changing business and consumer behavior
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
