About the Role

Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to build and run the operational backbone for marketing execution across Latin America. This role will turn regional priorities into clear workflows, workback plans, asset requirements, approvals, and launch-ready execution across multiple markets, languages, and channels.

You will partner with GTM & Growth, Brand & Community, Lifecycle, Curation, Partnerships, Creative, Communications, and global Centers of Excellence to ensure teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality or clarity. Success in this role requires strong program management, process design, and the ability to simplify complex cross-functional execution.

The role is accountable for the systems and operating discipline behind execution—not for replacing channel or campaign strategy owners.

What You’ll Do

  • Integrated Marketing Operations: Build and maintain the operating framework that translates LATAM marketing priorities into executable plans, with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and delivery dates.
  • Campaign Workflow Management: Own campaign intake, briefing, workback schedules, approvals, status tracking, and launch-readiness processes across regional marketing initiatives.
  • Asset & Localization Operations: Coordinate asset requirements, transcreation/localization workflows, versioning, approvals, delivery, and final-market readiness across Spanish LATAM and Portuguese Brazil.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Connect Lifecycle, Curation, Brand, Partnerships, Communications, and other channel owners so execution plans are synchronized and teams have visibility into changes and dependencies.
  • Tools & Process Ownership: Establish strong usage and governance for workflow tools such as Wrike and related planning systems; simplify templates, handoffs, and operating routines to reduce friction and duplicated work.
  • Creative & Resource Operations: Partner with Creative and regional/global resource owners to forecast capacity, sequence priorities, coordinate external vendors or agencies where needed, and surface resource constraints early.
  • Budget & Vendor Coordination: Support operational tracking of campaign spend, POs, vendor deliverables, and production commitments in partnership with Finance, Procurement, and budget owners.
  • Launch Readiness & Risk Management: Maintain a clear view of campaign risks, approvals, missing assets, localization blockers, and dependencies; escalate issues early and drive closure before launch.
  • Performance & Retrospectives: Partner with channel owners and analytics teams to capture learnings, improve operating processes, and build repeatable playbooks for high-frequency regional initiatives.

About You

We get excited about candidates who bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, campaign operations, creative operations, or program management, ideally in entertainment, streaming, technology, or another high-velocity consumer business.
  • Proven experience building operational processes across multiple channels, markets, stakeholders, and time zones.
  • Strong expertise in campaign planning, workback management, creative/localization workflows, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Experience with workflow and project-management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational judgment and the ability to simplify complex cross-functional work into clear plans, owners, and decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience partnering with global teams, agencies, creative teams, and functional specialists.
  • Comfort with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Passion for anime, entertainment, or fan-first brands is highly valued.
