About You

  • 15+ years of legal experience, including significant hands-on product counseling within a fast-moving technology or consumer-facing business.
  • Direct experience advising Product and Engineering teams on the design, development, and launch of direct-to-consumer digital products, including streaming, subscription services, or other consumer-facing platforms.
  • Experience supporting products across international markets, including navigating differing legal and regulatory requirements.
  • In-house legal leadership experience or significant product counseling experience at a leading law firm supporting technology, streaming, or entertainment clients.
  • Working knowledge of privacy, advertising technology, consumer protection, and regulatory matters as they relate to digital products.
  • Experience leading or mentoring legal professionals, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong legal and business judgment, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and make decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and advise both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • J.D. and active bar membership in good standing; California or New York preferred.
