Marketing Associate (FT - Hybrid)

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's brand presence and supporting business development efforts across all service lines. The Marketing Associate will create compelling content and ensure its strategic deployment across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking abilities, tech-savviness, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Those skills will be used to effectively communicate CSG’s value proposition while also maintaining and curating all marketing content and assets.
RESPONSIBILITES
Marketing Communications Management
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote CSG’s services and visibility at industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Assist in the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Help maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar including campaign timelines, deliverables, and event milestones.
- Assist with market research on industry conferences, competitors’ visibility, and strategic branding opportunities.
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Assist in brand development and template creation.
Content Creation and Management
- Work with subject matter experts to develop clear and engaging content for social media, printed collateral, interview presentations, event promotions and presentations, and email communications.
- Help organize marketing data, and digital assets, including case studies, staff profiles, value messages, infographics, photos, and client data.
- Support CSG’s event coordinator with development of event-related promotional materials.
- Perform graphic design and direct freelance designers as needed to create engaging, visually appealing, on-brand marketing materials.
- Assist with the implementation of software tools and processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of marketing content and data.
- Help organize digital marketing files and campaign materials to support consistency and team access.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks related to marketing tools and platforms, such as updating contact lists, posting content, and preparing campaign materials. Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production.
- Provide creative leadership and direction on design, layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages.
- Maintain Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe InDesign templates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with use of CRM software and GoHighLevel (Deltek CRM experience preferred).
- Proficient in use of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics.
- Experience with implementation and use of email campaign management tools.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills.
- Photography skills and the ability to coordinate and direct professional photographers.
- Competent in use of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Affinity applications.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft 365/Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook), including advanced MS Word formatting and PowerPoint presentation techniques.
- Experience in performing content management within WordPress.
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid Class “C” California driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- General office environment.
- Work productively independently or in a team environment.
- Occasional overtime work is required throughout the year.
- Require working in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Require walking, bending, and sitting.
- May occasionally require lifting heaving objects such as what is required to set up exhibiting displays and transport small quantities of marketing materials.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multiple projects.
- May require up to 20% travel to perform marketing functions such as industry event exhibiting, photography, and photography coordination.
Salary Range
$38.39 - $57.81 USD
