Coral Springs Animal Hospital (CSAH), part of EVG Specialty Network, is seeking a high-impact Hospital Administrator to lead a multi-service veterinary hospital through its next phase of growth, operational maturity, and performance optimization.
This role is best suited for a leader who operates with a business-owner mindset—someone who can translate strategy into execution, build leadership capability within the hospital, and drive measurable results across people, operations, and financial performance.

CSAH is positioned to continue evolving into a high-performing, fully integrated hospital model. Our unique hospital offers primary care, emergency, specialty, and boarding services.
The Hospital Administrator will play a critical role in:
- Scaling GP operations to support referral growth into ER and Specialty departments
- Building leadership depth across departments
- Establishing operational rigor and consistency
- Driving sustainable financial performance
You will partner directly with the Regional Director of Operations, Medical Directors, and Hospital Leaders to execute on strategic priorities and position the hospital for long-term success.
Scope & Impact
This is a senior operational leadership role with full responsibility for:
- Hospital P&L performance
- Multi-department operations (GP, ER, specialty, boarding)
- Leadership development across all levels of the hospital
- Client experience and service delivery standards
- Execution of growth and expansion initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic Leadership
- Drive execution of hospital-level strategy across all service lines
- Standardize workflows, improve throughput, and optimize patient flow
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure alignment with EVG operating standards and growth initiatives
Financial Ownership
- Own and manage hospital P&L, including revenue, labor, and expense control
- Analyze financial performance and drive margin improvement
- Align department leaders to productivity and financial targets
- Leverage data and KPIs to inform decision-making
Growth & Market Development
- Lead GP expansion (targeting 6–7 doctors) to increase access and referral flow
- Strengthen integration between GP, ER, and specialty services
- Improve client acquisition, retention, and case capture
- Identify opportunities for service line expansion and market growth
Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness
- Build and develop a strong leadership bench (supervisors, managers, leads)
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability systems
- Coach leaders to drive engagement, retention, and team performance
- Lead change management in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Client Experience & Quality Standards
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, efficient client service
- Implement and monitor service standards and recovery processes
- Partner with clinical leadership to support excellence in patient care
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Medical Directors to align clinical and operational priorities
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to support hospital goals
- Serve as the central point of alignment across departments
Compliance & Infrastructure
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity
- Oversee inventory management, charge capture, and hospital systems
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a leader who combines strong business acumen with the ability to lead and scale teams in a complex healthcare environment.
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in veterinary hospital operations or multi-unit healthcare
- Demonstrated ownership of financial performance (P&L, labor, KPIs)
- Proven ability to lead through growth, change, and operational scaling
- Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; CVPM, MBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
