Job Title: Sales Operations Associate
Location: São Paulo, Brazil 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team and streamline sales processes. Responsibilities include managing CRM data, generating reports, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting with sales forecasting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proficient in CRM tools. This role is 5 days a week in office in Sao Paolo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update CRM data (salesforce ideally)
• Support sales forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze sales performance and identify process improvements.
• Assist with operational tasks for the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales operations is a plus.
