What You’ll Do

• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Talent Management: Partner with hiring managers and business unit leaders to identify workforce planning needs, talent strategy, talent development, and collaborate with managers to create career development plans for employees, supporting their professional growth and succession planning.
• Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes, provide guidance and coaching on goal-setting, performance feedback, and development plans. Coach managers on performance-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Organizational Development: Assess organizational needs and provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and effectiveness. Collaborate on change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization. 
• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

 

What We’re Looking For

This role is based in our Sao Paulo office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
