Talent & Learning Development Associate

We’re looking for a Learning & Development professional to help design and deliver learning experiences that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You’ll play a critical role in delivering on our employee promise to provide a "Career of Substance" for all, making a direct impact on both individual growth and company success.
What You’ll Do:
- Program Design & Facilitation: Lead the design and delivery of scalable learning programs (Manager and Leadership Development, Career Development) globally. Measure outcomes and report on progress to senior leadership.
- On-Demand Learning Innovation: Use AI and e-learning tools to create personalized, engaging digital learning experiences. Develop microlearning and gamified modules to boost engagement.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business priorities. Partner with subject matter experts to design targeted solutions.
- Project Management: Own end-to-end learning projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and to a high standard. Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Needs Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development with a focus on both in-person and virtual training.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, with a track record of scaling career development programs.
- Proficient in e-learning tools (e.g., Synthesia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong communicator, with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for creating exceptional learner experiences.
