What you’ll do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Configurations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday configuration and be primarily responsible for managing and resolving tickets related to system configuration and troubleshooting. This role requires effective problem-solving skills, a deep knowledge of Workday functionality, and excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5  years of working experience 
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Adaptable to changes and challenges.
  • Proven experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.).
  • Experience managing and prioritizing service tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tickets concurrently.
