We’re changing the game for food delivery — from first-time entrepreneurs to the world’s most recognized quick-service restaurant brands. And it all starts with acquiring the right real estate in the right locations.

As our Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you’ll take the lead in identifying, underwriting, and securing properties in strategic locations across Madrid. You’ll own the process end-to-end — from deal sourcing to closing — with a sharp focus on distressed or underutilized sites in dense urban areas with high delivery demand.

You’ll work cross-functionally with development, legal, finance, and strategy teams to transform sites into thriving CloudKitchens facilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end deal execution for new kitchen locations: sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Identify high-potential urban sites using a strong network of brokers, landlords, and local stakeholders
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of off-market and under-the-radar opportunities
• Analyze the financial viability of deals and provide data-driven recommendations
• Partner with legal and technical teams to manage due diligence and flag risks early
• Monitor asset performance and refine acquisition strategy based on results and insights
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of total experience, with 3-5+ years in real estate acquisition, investment, or transactions
• Background in real estate, finance, private equity, investment banking, or development
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute real estate deals in dynamic urban markets
• Hustle, drive, and a founder’s mindset — you’re resourceful, strategic, and relentless in the pursuit of great opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills and financial modeling expertise
• Fluency in Spanish and English
