From entrepreneurs launching their first kitchens to global brands expanding rapidly, we provide the technology and infrastructure to help them succeed.
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven PMO Manager to lead and evolve project execution across our People Team. Reporting into the People organization, you will drive operational excellence and build structure around the execution of long-term programs such as compensation philosophy, HR system enhancements, and people lifecycle initiatives.

- Govern planning, execution, accountability, and risk mitigation across high-impact projects (e.g. compensation cycle, banding strategy, performance initiatives)
- Directly manage two Associates (L3 and L4) – provide oversight on projects while also contributing IC work
- Build and roll out project tracking systems (e.g. Asana) to improve visibility and team coordination
- Partner closely with CPO, HRIS Manager, and broader People Team to translate strategy into execution
- Introduce and monitor KPIs across the PMO to drive decision-making and accountability
- Support the design and implementation of people programs and infrastructure (e.g. compensation frameworks, career banding)
- Ensure alignment across stakeholder groups while standing firm on project decisions and process adherence
- Leverage Workday and other HRIS tools to inform planning and execution
- Act as the connective tissue across employee lifecycle programs with a strong customer-centric lens
