Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

Location: Makati City - Office 114 Valero St (Office based)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing Global Support Team. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day operational support, manage service delivery within SLAs, and help maintain world-class processes and documentation across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment and enjoys solving problems, driving compliance, and delivering exceptional internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage daily operations and ensure KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Fulfill basic reporting needs by accurately extracting and organizing data from internal sources
  • Act as a go-to contact for questions related to internal programs and policies; escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for processes, policies, and internal FAQs
  • Partner with teams to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Take ownership of additional ad-hoc projects as assigned

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic reporting functions, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively
  • Previous experience with shared services tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Workday is a plus

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a support, operations, or shared services function
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth international tech environment is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and improve upon established business processes
  • Track record of managing documentation and providing internal support with a customer-focused mindset
