What you’ll do

• Own daily facility operations and ensure all equipment/systems run optimally.
  
  
• Provide hands-on technical support across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration.
  
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using BMS/IoT platforms.
  
  
• Coordinate vendors and manage preventive/corrective maintenance.
  
  
• Support new site launches by reviewing infrastructure, utilities, and build quality.

 

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering field.
  
  
• Advanced English skills (spoken, written, and reading).
  
  
• Strong experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.
  
  
• Skilled in interpreting construction drawings, MEP plans, and as-builts.
  
  
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
