What you’ll do
- Set the strategy and drive implementation and maintenance of data architectures, models, protocols, and source-of-truth definitions to support scalable development of analytical data products.
- Direct "what-if" scenario planning and analysis to identify the return and impact of specific people-related initiatives.
- Partner with an ecosystem of stakeholders to assess people's data product needs, use first principles and systems thinking to identify the underlying problems, and propose holistic solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain a cohesive portfolio of customer-obsessed data products.
- Direct your team to conduct data analysis to identify trends from people-related data across the company, aligned to People team priorities or ad-hoc requests.
- Serve as the product leader and liaison to the engineering team in supporting the development of a holistic ecosystem of internal people-related data infrastructure and products at scale.
- Act as a liaison to the People Science function within People Analytics to ensure alignment in insight and focus areas of analytical output.
- Develop and run central team processes to ensure the People Analytics team works on the most impactful work at any given time and delivers data products on time.
- Proactively develop People Analysts in both technical and non-technical skills needed.
- Effectively coach and mentor people analysts to support the successful delivery of their work.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's Degree; Graduate Degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience, with 7-10 years of domain experience.
- Experience working in organizations with established People Analytics functions, ideally with multiple business lines and global operations.
- Statistical coding skills (SQL, R, Python, SAS), data visualization techniques, and statistical methods.
