What You’ll Do

• Predictive Modeling & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain energy and gas forecasting models to achieve a high level of accuracy. Analyze asset energy performance and operational cost efficiency, with a focus on using data to optimize company expenses.
• Cost Optimization & Savings Realization: Identify and implement initiatives to significantly reduce total utility spend. Analyze consumption data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities across the asset portfolio.
• Rebates & Credits Management: Be responsible for identifying and securing substantial annual value in utility rebates, sustainability credits, and jurisdictional incentives. Maintain a detailed tracking system to ensure payment for all active projects.
• Strategic Procurement: Manage and update a market tracker for energy and gas rates, ensuring a meaningful reduction in the blended rate compared to the prior year.
• Energy Infrastructure Analysis: Map federal, state, and utility-specific EV infrastructure incentive programs and develop a Return on Investment (ROI) model for EV charging installations.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working for an energy company is a plus.
• Education: A background in Economics or a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and report creation.
• Key Attributes: Strong analytical skills, the ability to solve problems autonomously, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
