Billing & Collection Associate, CloudKitchens - Bogota

What you’ll do

• Support the operations team by ensuring billing and collections data is accurate.
• Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information.
• Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed.
• Provide day-to-day support to the operations team on billing and collections processes, serving as a key point of contact via email in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required.

 

What we’re looking for

• 0.6 - 3 years of experience in AP / AR or both.
• English  B2+/C1.
• Good at managing Excel or Google Sheet databases.
• Great communication skills.
