Recruiting Sourcer
Scope: Individual Contributor role responsible for driving market research and ensuring a consistent, healthy pipeline of candidates for senior-level (L6+) positions.

What you’ll do
- Attend intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to define position requirements.
- Align sourcing strategies for senior and complex hiring (L6+).
- Conduct market research and develop comprehensive search strategies.
- Map functional and industry-specific talent pools.
- Identify qualified prospects using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, Boolean, etc.)
- Execute outreach campaigns (SOBO) via email and LinkedIn.
- Measure and track personal funnel conversion rates.
What we’re looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience; 3–5+ years of domain expertise.
- Background: In-house sourcing teams (high-growth preferred), executive search firms, or recruiting agencies.
- Competencies: Strategic problem solver, proactive operator.

This role is onsite at our Bogota office location. Collaboration drives innovation, and we believe our best work happens when we’re together. All office-based teams work onsite five days a week.
