What you’ll do

• Perform and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems in kitchens, restaurants or commercial facilities.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, plumbing and structural repairs.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure all maintenance, custodial, and TI work meets high-quality standards.
• Handle cost administration, budget management, and P&L responsibilities for facility operations.
• Monitor compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and building/health requirements.
• Maintain facility systems to minimize downtime and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
  
  

 

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with HVAC systems in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or similar environments.
• Background in electrical work, equipment repair, or building systems.
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience; 3–5 years in domain experience (property management, F&B, hospitality, malls, hotels).
• Ability to manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain high operational standards.
• Strong understanding of facility maintenance operations and safety requirements.
• Flexibility to travel (RJ-BH)
• English proficiency

That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
