What you’ll do
- Market Penetration: Execute a high-frequency outreach strategy, maintaining a consistent volume of 100+ daily outbound engagements to property owners and brokerage networks.
- Opportunity Identification: Distinguish between on-market listings and high-value off-market opportunities, utilizing deep-dive market research to qualify leads.
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Act as the primary negotiator to secure properties under optimal value terms, ensuring all acquisitions align with the company’s financial objectives.
- Mandate Management: Deliver on specific acquisition mandates set by senior leadership, coordinating cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Pipeline Optimization: Maintain rigorous data integrity by updating local pipelines and conversion trackers daily, providing leadership with real-time, accurate reporting for weekly reviews.
- Asset Coordination: Facilitate the transition from sourcing to operations by coordinating initial maintenance assessments and ensuring compliance with company policies.
What we’re looking for
- Acquisition Expertise: A proven track record in real estate sourcing or acquisitions. You possess the industry knowledge to ask the critical questions that uncover a deal’s true potential.
- Communication Excellence: C1/Native English proficiency is required. You must be a persuasive communicator capable of managing complex verbal and written negotiations.
- Sales Resilience: Extensive experience in high-volume cold calling and lead generation. You are adept at navigating objections and building immediate rapport with brokers and landlords.
- Analytical Rigor: A background in sales or real estate that demonstrates your ability to evaluate deals quickly against quarterly KPIs and volume targets.
- Operational Discipline: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides themselves on "over-communication" and meticulous record-keeping.
- Strategic Mindset: Someone who understands that every call is a step toward a larger corporate goal and who is committed to hitting the phone with intensity every day.
