Lead Workday Integrations Analyst, CloudKitchens - Makati City

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday integrations,  including researching, identifying, and resolving complex integration issues.
• Establish operational plans that drive performance and efficiency within the Workday functional area.
• Lead the design and architecture of Workday integrations that span multiple systems and data sources.
• Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, and operational plans to strengthen functional outcomes.
• Optimize integration performance to manage large datasets and ensure efficient data processing.
• Build robust Workday integrations using:
• EIBs
• XSLT
• Core Connectors
• Cloud Connect
• Workday Studio
• Develop complex data mapping and transformation solutions to ensure smooth and accurate data flow across systems.
• Address challenges related to data structures, formats, and synchronization.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Workday integration development, encompassing design, testing concepts, and integration frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong foundational understanding of Workday security, business processes, and underlying data structures.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and design scalable integration architectures for complex Workday challenges.
• Familiarity with all phases of the system development lifecycle, including essential production support.
• Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
