What you’ll do
As our Marketing Analystt, you will be the engine behind our brand’s voice and the intelligence behind our market positioning. This is a dynamic role that sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and data. You won’t just be creating beautiful content; you’ll be diving deep into market trends and competitor behavior to ensure our message resonates and converts.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between our product and our customers through compelling storytelling, rigorous research, and cross-functional collaboration. If you are a proactive marketer who loves to write, analyze, and optimize, this role is for you
- Performance & Search Strategy: Develop, track, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for end-to-end keyword creation and strategic implementation.
- Content Creation: Design and write marketing assets across multiple channels, including blog posts, case studies, sales one-sheeters, decks, social media (organic/paid), and product education materials.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on competitive landscapes, market trends, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Sales Enablement: Maintain a directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and coordinating the creation of new assets as needed.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Accounting to align promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Generate reports using marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify adjustments, and provide strategic recommendations.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent English proficiency is a must-have for this role due to constant international exposure and global collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Google Ads and professional keyword research tools.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to scale responsibilities and manage complex campaigns independently after the first 6 months.
- Analytical Communication: Excellent writing and design skills with the ability to translate data into presentations for senior leadership.
