What you’ll do

• Demonstrates strong work ethic and takes initiative on assigned tasks.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of how tasks relate to a larger workflow.
• Ensures accuracy of information gathered and presented; detail-oriented and precise.
• Able to work across various programs, processes, and software tools used in daily workflow.
• Able to effectively reach out to vendors, suppliers, and distributors and clearly communicate needs.
• Understands the value we bring to customers and supports initiatives that drive impact.

What we’re looking for

• Coordinate cost estimation activities for construction projects from conceptual design through detailed design; procure GCs, architects, and engineers; manage vendor contracts and monitor project cash flows.
• Coordinate pricing and sequencing of delivery for niche kitchen construction materials across building sites nationally.
• Partner with KOB teams to procure kitchen equipment tailored to licensee needs.
• Control costs and perform value engineering exercises to drive innovation and reduce spend.
• Conduct research, analytics, and work with large datasets.
