Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence and performance visibility across the sales organization. This role focuses on administering and optimizing sales processes within Salesforce, managing inbound lead routing, sales incentive administration, and delivering structured pipeline, productivity, and performance reporting.
Working closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations, the Associate owns reporting frameworks, supports sales performance reviews, and provides analytical insights to inform strategic sales decisions. Through process governance, data discipline, and performance analysis, this role enables scalable sales execution and drives measurable revenue outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute payroll processes, including the calculation of gross/net pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
- Manage the full "hire-to-retire" lifecycle in Workday, handling everything from onboarding and offboarding to salary adjustments and leave of absence.
- Stay ahead of local payroll legislation to ensure all tax withholdings, mandatory deductions, and payroll liabilities are strictly compliant.
- Perform regular audits of payroll records and reconcile general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, resolving complex payroll inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Proactively identify inaccuracies or missing information in our people data and implement reporting improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Sales Process & Governance: Administer sales SOPs, ensuring consistent pipeline management, stage hygiene, and data accuracy. Continuously refine workflows and system configurations to improve sales efficiency and compliance.
- Pipeline & Performance Reporting: Own pipeline, productivity, and performance reporting. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility to sales performance to support sales leadership decision-making.
- Inbound Routing Management: Manage inbound lead routing logic and territory assignments within Salesforce and routing tools, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of opportunities across markets and teams.
- Incentive Management: Provide monthly incentive calculation and payout tracking. Ensure alignment with compensation plans, resolve incentive-related inquiries and maintain documentation of plan structures.
- Lead Generation & Data Enrichment: Support lead generation initiatives and data enrichment. Ensure data accuracy and readiness for outbound campaigns and strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience with any CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (Required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytical tools.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or Sales Operations role.
- Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, English.
Preferred Skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills and experience querying large datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Sales Tech Stack tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Aircall)
- Experience creating reports or dashboards using data visualization tools.
