What You’ll Do

  • Set our customers up for success by supporting them with onboarding and launching brands on OFO’s.
  • Assist customers with reviewing and building menus for their online storefronts. Extract menu information and data points and synthesize on multiple food delivery platforms.
  • Train customers on online brand management, acting as key interface with customers via phone, Zoom and email support in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Deliver high quality product support, adhering to processes to minimize mistakes.
  • Assist with quality assurance for brand menus with a high level of detail and speed.
  • Communicate regularly with the onboarding team, local customer success managers and account executives to ensure positive customer experience during onboarding.
  • Provide an industry-leading customer experience through all stages of onboarding, achieving CSAT targets and partnering with sales and success teams to support implementation success.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years as an Account Manager or an Onboarding Specialist
  • Ability to support customers on a daily basis 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative
  • English B2
