What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of recruiting experience focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Success, Operations, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to run fast, high-quality searches in a growing or ambiguous environment.

  • Strong business partner capable of influencing GTM leaders, challenging assumptions, and advising on market dynamics.

  • Confident communicator with excellent pitch ability and strong candidate engagement skills.

  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable prioritizing multiple searches at once.

  • Mission-focused operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-ownership environments.
