Business Operations Associate

Amman, JOR

Who we are

At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Business Operations Associate to support our Real Estate Development Operations team across MENA. Based in Amman, you’ll work with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate reporting, build dashboards and trackers, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Perform routine data quality checks (completeness, accuracy, consistency) on all data related to real estate portfolio management and development projects, following up with teams to correct any discrepancies.
  • Ensure data governance standards are followed, including access control, refresh schedules, documentation, and automated reporting processes.
  • Build and maintain standardized data models and reporting templates for consistent measurement across the MENA region.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Google Sheets, Excel, and other BI tools to support decision-making.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of software platforms (e.g., Yardi, Procore, or other real estate/construction/project management tools).
  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational and system usage data to identify trends, adoption challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Analyze operational and system usage data to identify areas for efficiency gains and improved adoption.
  • Train users on dashboards, trackers, and systems, ensuring teams understand how and why to input data correctly.
  • Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for real estate development, including cost, schedule, risk, and platform adoption metrics.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations (slides, dashboards, and written summaries).
  • Connecting and integrating multiple data sources, such as Excel, JSON, CSV, SQL databases, SharePoint, and APIs.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or another analytical field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role.
  • Exceptional skills in Google Sheets and Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, automation, reporting).
  • Understanding of forecasting concepts, including trends and projection techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with real estate / construction / project management platforms is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and training skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key qualities

  • Someone who enjoys turning raw, messy data into reliable, actionable insights.
  • An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and high ownership over data quality.
  • A systems-minded professional who can design metrics, reporting frameworks, and digital organization structures.
  • A clear communicator who can make data accessible and intuitive for multicultural teams across the MENA region.
  • Passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and impact through data.
