Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Record detailed customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Provide feedback to improve the customer service process.
  • Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support.

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Korean and English required
  •  Ability to remain calm and composed.
  • Comfortable and proficient in using computer systems and software. 
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is desirable. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
