Career TEAM is seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Recruitment Operations and ATS Specialist to play a key role in coordinating recruitment operations in the United States while also leading full-cycle recruitment of technical and software development talent within the Philippines. This night-shift position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment, is highly proficient with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, and has a passion for streamlining processes and building exceptional teams. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the Philippines.
Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success
- Coordinate and support recruitment efforts across the U.S., ensuring effective scheduling, process consistency, and system administration
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and software development roles based in the Philippines—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Configure and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or similar), including setting up automated workflows, templates, and hiring pipelines
- Manage and maintain job postings, candidate records, and recruitment data within the ATS
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and align talent strategies accordingly
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify areas for operational improvement
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through prompt communication and seamless coordination
- Support the development of training materials and documentation related to recruitment systems and processes
- Contribute to our employer brand by promoting Career TEAM’s mission and values throughout the hiring process
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System, with a strong understanding of configuration, automation, and workflow optimization
- Hands-on experience conducting technical recruitment, preferably in software development or related roles
- Experience coordinating recruitment operations across international teams
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift (PH time)
- A proactive mindset and passion for supporting mission-driven work

Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
