Military Operations and Systems Research Analyst

We are looking for a Military Operations and Systems Research Analyst that will support contracts with the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) and the DoD, particularly in areas of technology transition and fielding. This position will provide advanced analytical methods for emerging technologies impacting every warfighting domain. Directly inform decision makers through solving complex problems and by conducting assessments to quantify requirements using both live and constructive operational scenarios. Using operational expertise and engaging DoD stakeholders, this position will deliver probability models, statistical inference, optimization, data analysis, and data visualization. Support experimentation design, author test methods, conduct tests, and analyze results. Prepare and deliver written and oral reports of findings and make recommendations for resolution of technical issues.

Requirements
Necessary Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science or similar.
- At least five years of experience in a multi-level security environment
- Minimum of 10 years of experience relevant to military operations
- Experience leading and managing teams to solve complex technical, management, and administrative problems.
- Demonstrated ability to reach defensible conclusions, develop well-written analytic products that inform decision making, and present results orally
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel)
- Efficient and accurate work output
- Good documentation, writing, and reporting skills
- Must be self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
