Senior Systems Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT department and help drive innovation across our mission-critical programs.
As a Senior System Administrator at CTI, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting our advanced software and systems infrastructure. You’ll work alongside a team of experts to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems across multiple sites.

Requirements
Necessary Skills and Experience
- A minimum 7 years of experience in system administration or engineering
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with U.S. Government IT systems and security protocols
- Experience with server-side technologies and networked computing systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain security clearances.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and be able to work extended hours and/or weekends in support of exercises and events.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Server-side development experience (PHP, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- DoD 8570 Baseline Certification (Security+, GSLC, GSEC, etc.)
- Knowledge of DOD network infrastructures, especially in Hawaii
- USINDOPACOM AOR experience.
- Familiarization with Joint Fires Network (JFN) architecture and infrastructure.
- Strong, supportive, and productive Team player.
