E-Commerce Account Executive
About this role: As our E-Commerce Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our brand's growth and profitability on major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. In this highly strategic role, you will own the full account-level P&L, craft algorithm-winning go-to-market strategies for new product launches, and leverage complex data to optimize margins and promotional spend. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with deep, hands-on expertise in Amazon (both 1P and 3P) who is ready to take full ownership and scale our digital retail presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to exceed revenue targets across Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Walmart, Costco, and emerging platforms
- Own the P&L: Manage account level profit and loss. You will meticulously track trade spend, promotional budgets, and retailer margins to ensure healthy, scalable profitability
- Analyze & Optimize: Deep-dive into complex sales data margins, and fees to track performance, uncover market trends, and pivot strategies based on hard data
- Launch with Impact: Spearhead the 'Go-To-Market' strategy for new product launches, reverse-engineering your approach to win the Amazon and Walmart search algorithms
- Maximize Visibility: Manage dynamic promotional calendars and collaborate on aggressive PPC advertising strategies
- Lead Cross-Functionally: Partner seamlessly with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure your channels are supported and aligned with brand goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce
- Proven track record directly managing Amazon (must have both 1P and 3P experience, Walmart, and Costco)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Strong understanding of P&L management, margin structures, trade spend, and retailer profitability metrics
- High proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to build business cases and drive decisions
Salary range: $70K~$85K
