▶  Client Support Representative (Staff, Full-Time) - Cuckoo Rental America (NJ / NY) 

Responsibilities

• 중국어를 활용하여 고객 문의에 응대
• 전화, 이메일 플랫폼을 통해 고객과 소통
• 고객의 요구와 문제를 정확히 파악하고 신속하게 해결
• 주문서, 신청서, 요청서 등의 문서를 정확하고 신속하게 처리
• 고객 응대 내용 기록, 관리
• 고객 서비스 프로세스의 효율성 향상을 위해 피드백 제공
• 관리자의 지시에 따른 기타 업무를 수행
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries requiring bilingual (Korean/Chinese) communication
• Communicate with customers through various channels including phone and email
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately and swiftly handle customer-related documents such as order forms, applications, and service requests
• Record and manage customer interaction details and service histories
• Provide feedback to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• 고객 응대시 침착함을 유지할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 분
• 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용 가능한 분
• 미국 내 취업 자격을 보유한 분
• 한국어와 중국어 모두 가능하신 분 (이중 언어 구사자- 비즈니스 가능 레벨)
• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
• Basic computer skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in both Korean and Chinese (business-level proficiency required)
