About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Contract Director of Global Demand Generation to lead our demand engine at scale and drive measurable growth across all regions and segments. This leader will be responsible for building and executing an integrated demand generation strategy that aligns with global pipeline and revenue targets. You’ll own both the strategy and performance of global paid media, account-based experiences (ABX), and global integrated campaigns, and will lead a high-performing team of specialists to execute programs that engage, convert, and accelerate our pipeline.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting into the VP of Demand Generation, SDR & Regional Marketing and will partner closely with Sales, SDR, RevOps, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives. This is a full-time, fixed term contract position with a duration of 7 months. Candidates located on PST, MST and CST are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own quarterly new business pipeline and revenue targets globally, across all segments, ensuring demand programs are predictable and performance-driven.
  • Lead the ABX (Account-Based Experiences) strategy and execution to deliver MQAs (Marketing Qualified Accounts), deepen engagement, and accelerate pipeline in Commercial B and Enterprise segments.
  • Drive global integrated campaign strategy, aligning channels, content, and audiences to business priorities and growth goals.

Team & Resource Management

  • Lead and scale a global team of specialists across paid media, ABX, campaigns, content, and design to drive high-performing, scalable demand generation programs.
  • Collaborate with regional and shared teams to capacity plan and allocate resources effectively, including content creation and design support.

Campaign & Channel Execution

  • Oversee global paid media planning and execution, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, display, paid review sites, and emerging performance channels.
  • Partner with the Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to define and manage a strategic content calendar that aligns with campaign needs and buyer journeys.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Regional Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, and Product Marketing to ensure strong alignment, smooth handoffs, and shared accountability for pipeline outcomes.
  • Develop integrated go-to-market plays and nurture strategies based on persona, segment, and buying stage in coordination with Lifecycle Marketing.

Performance Management

  • Track, measure, and report on pacing and the performance of campaigns and channels, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with broader business goals. 
  • Own key demand generation KPIs including MQAs, pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a strong emphasis on paid media, ABX, and global campaign strategy.
  • Proven experience leading global marketing teams and driving multi-million dollar pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of modern demand generation practices, attribution models, and full-funnel marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, 6sense/Terminus/Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other martech platforms.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across marketing, sales, and executive teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution, data-driven decision making, and performance optimization.

 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)

$200,000 - $225,000 USD
