As part of this team of amazing humans, you will support data informed decision-making across Culture Amp but mostly the People function and, with a primary focus on partnering with the Reward team and additional support for People Operations. The role is also responsible for identifying, developing and embedding AI-enabled process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, insight and scalability across People processes.
You will
People Analytics & Insights
- Deliver high-quality people data, reporting and insights to support Reward, People Operations and broader People initiatives.
- Support the Reward team with remuneration, incentive, benchmarking and workforce analytics, ensuring accuracy, governance and consistency of data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical models to track key people metrics, trends and risks.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Reward & People Operations Support
- Partner closely with the Reward team to support annual and cyclical activities (e.g. remuneration reviews, incentive modelling, benchmarking, compliance reporting).
- Provide analytical support to People Operations, including workforce data, employee lifecycle reporting and operational metrics.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and contribute to improvements in data quality, definitions and controls.
AI, Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve People processes, reporting and decision-making.
- Work with People teams and relevant technology partners to design, test and implement AI-enabled solutions (e.g. automated reporting, insights generation, process optimisation).
- Support change management and adoption of new tools, ensuring solutions are practical, compliant and user-centric.
- Stay informed on emerging AI and analytics trends relevant to HR and Reward, and proactively recommend improvements.
Collaboration & Governance
- Work collaboratively with the Lead People Analyst to prioritise work, align to standards and uplift analytics capability across the function.
- Contribute to people data governance, documentation and best practice.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required across the People team.
You have
- Experience in Data Analytics: preferably People Analytics, HR Analytics, Reward Analytics or similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical capability, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting tools and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, SQL or similar).
- Experience partnering with People function or HR, specifically Reward or People Operations teams.
- Experience working with HRIS and other people data systems like ATS or similar.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
