How you can help make a better world of work

As a Senior Product Manager for Survey Design, you will be the architect of the most critical touchpoint between a company and its people: the survey. You will lead the evolution of our core engine-moving from static, one-way forms to dynamic, AI-powered conversations that uncover the "why" behind every data point. By reimagining how feedback is captured, you enable leaders to act on deeper truths, ensuring millions of employees feel heard, understood, and valued.

As part of this team of amazing humans, You’ll join the Insights Camp, specifically leading the Survey Design team. You will partner with a high-performing "trio" including an Engineering Lead and Product Designer, while collaborating closely with our People Scientists to ensure our features (like AI Follow-Ups) are grounded in valid research. You’ll be the bridge between our legacy foundations and our future, working with cross-functional partners in Product Marketing and Support to bring world-class listening tools to global brands.

You will

  • Lead the AI Revolution in Feedback: Own the strategy and execution of AI Follow-Ups and Conversational AI, turning traditional surveys into semi-structured, agentic interviews that capture high-quality qualitative data.
  • Modernize the Core: Drive the successful GA launch of our new Survey Designer, migrating from legacy systems to a flexible, scalable architecture that supports matrix questions, branching, and custom scales.
  • Build the "Source of Truth": Lead the Question Library initiative, create a unified database that understands the meaning and relationships between questions across our entire platform.
  • Innovate across the Lifecycle: Reimagine Onboarding and Exit surveys by implementing automated, milestone-based triggers and AI-led interview components.
  • Define the Roadmap: Balance "playing catch-up" on competitive features with "leap-frogging" the market through the EX Listening discovery program.

You have

  • Senior-level Product Mastery: Proven experience managing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally with a focus on configuration, logic-heavy workflows, or data-driven platforms.
  • AI/ML Fluency: A deep interest in (or experience with) LLMs and Prompt Engineering. You understand how to use AI to solve human problems, like automated translations or dynamic probing.
  • Strategic Clarity: The ability to take a "mixed bag" of experiment results and pivot toward high-value use cases (e.g., applying Conversational AI to Lifecycle surveys).
  • Technical Intuition: Comfort working with engineers on technical debt, stack migrations (Elm to modern frameworks), and complex data backfilling projects.
  • User-Centric Mindset: A passion for UX-you care just as much about the "Admin experience" of setting up a survey as you do about the "Employee experience" of completing one.

You are

  • A "People Scientist" at Heart: You don't just care about the code; you care about the psychology of how people respond to questions.
  • An Influential Early Collaborator: You know how to work with Product Marketing to turn a technical feature like "11-point eNPS" into a compelling market narrative.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: You thrive in "EX Listening" discovery, where the path isn't always clear but the potential for impact is massive.

We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success. We're committed to fostering a work environment that truly cares for and develops its people, and creates lasting positive impact. In addition to providing a competitive compensation package, some of the key benefits we offer are:
