You are a strategic finance partner who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You bring a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into action, supporting key decisions across operations, supply chain, controlled environment agriculture, and manufacturing. You lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, uncover opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce costs, and work hand-in-hand with cultivation and operations leaders to align financial strategies with business goals and drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst on Curaleaf’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations team, you will play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive cultivation and manufacturing performance. In this role, you’ll:
- Design and manage the data systems that support operations across multiple sites, keeping information accurate and aligned with business goals
- Create and maintain reports that track productivity, efficiency, and overall performance, and develop KPI frameworks that help leaders make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Spearhead budgeting and reforecasting, identifying ways to optimize resources, and partnering with teams to connect financial strategy with day-to-day execution
- Improve reporting tools and processes, simplify data inputs, and present complex financial and operational information in a clear, actionable way for executive reviews
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, FP&A, or Manufacturing Analytics
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field
- You bring expert-level Excel proficiency for building dynamic reports, dashboards, and data analyses, and you’re equally comfortable creating clean, engaging presentations in PowerPoint
- You have a strong understanding of BI and Power Query functions, and you’re familiar with Vena financial planning software, Omni, or similar cube-based planning and data-visualization tools
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, bringing accuracy, creativity, and a collaborative, hands-on approach to simplify complex concepts
- You excel at communication and cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships while using sharp analytical thinking to simplify complex ideas and take a hands-on approach to drive results
Even Better If:
- You hold an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- You have experience in the cannabis space or in startup settings

$92,000 - $100,000 USD
