Are you ready to join a fast-growing industry and make a real impact on the quality of our products? We’re looking for an IPM Sanitation Technician—a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be cross-trained to handle both sanitation and pest management tasks, including:
- Reset and Prepare Flower Rooms: Remove pots, trellis, weed barriers, tags, and debris after harvest; deep-clean tables, trellis poles, irrigation lines, sensors, walls, and floors to ensure rooms are ready for the next plant cycle.
- Maintain Equipment and Supplies: Keep sanitation tools and IPM application equipment in top condition; manage inventory of cleaning products, pesticides, and beneficial bugs.
- Monitor and Protect Plant Health: Conduct daily scouting for pests and diseases; mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and beneficial insects according to strict protocols.
- Operate Specialized Equipment: Safely use and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM applications and other cleaning tools.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with Maintenance and Fertigation teams to report repairs or room needs; coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.
- Document and Uphold Standards: Maintain accurate logs of sanitation resets, IPM treatments, and KPIs; follow SOPs and safety protocols to ensure compliance and quality.
